Maxime Graillot has followed in his father Alains footsteps, and after studying at the Dijon Wine School he struck out on his own in 2004 working 6.5 hectares of vines on a site called Les Pichères close to his fathers estate on the Chassis plateau in Crozes Hermitage. Maxime produces this red Crozes Hermitage called under his own “Domaine de Lises” label.
