A bright gold-yellow colour with pronounced aromas of citrus, aromatic herbs, tropical fruits, jasmine, green apple, lemon and herbs, lavender and green tea. Rich body, intense acidity and great aftertaste, with a sense of minerality.

A different proposal on Assyrtiko, from the Athanasiou winery in Nemea, combining intense fruit with sharp acidity and notes of stony minerality. The body is full and smooth with a crisp, dry finish.
