Dominated, as always, by Pinot Noir and with wood fermentation and aging, this Champagne has a great poise between freshness and richness. A golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles. Nose has a beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, compote and peaches. Palate with a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, peaches, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut. Wine is best served between 8 and 10°C.
