Soft, subtle aromas of peach, pear with a palate of citrus and green apple.

Genetic mutation of the white xarel·lo. It is a very scarce grape variety. These are old vineyards, more than fifty years old, that produce little grapes but have the best concentration. The difference is that it has red-colored and thicker skin, which itself yields good maturity and brings us greater aromatic complexity. Its delicate aromas and marked saline character make it ideal for accompanying soft cheeses, shellfish, oysters, fresh pasta, arrows, fish carpaccios and salads.
