The smoked version of our hard cheddar-style cheese, Duddleswell, is made from organic sheep milk. It has a well-rounded, rich flavour with a slightly sweet and nutty hint that comes from being aged for around five months.
The smoking process gives the cheese a deliciously light smokiness that blends perfectly with the nuttiness of the cheese.
