Our skilled butchers will hand craft these joints fresh to order using locally sourced turkeys which have been traditionally reared in Southwick by W Ware & Son on their family farm, our butchers will stuff the turkey breast with Gluten Free Apple, Chestnut and Cranberry stuffing mixture and then wrap the whole joint in delicious streaky bacon to lock in the flavour and moisture.
