A true alternative to top sparkling rosé, this traditional method sparkling sekt has spent two and a half years on lees and was disgorged in October 2018. It has subtle yeast flavours joined by delicious strawberry fruit with minimal residual sugar - a serious sekt that can be paired with bold flavours.
